APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Nashville

I lived in this apartment from March of 2023 through June 2024 and had a positive experience overall. Units: I got a renovated units and they were very nice for the price! I had no problems with appliances and there was adequate storage throughout the apartment. Other than some rude neighbors who moved in upstairs towards the end of my lease, I really didn’t hear my neighbors at all. Office staff: concerns are addressed quickly and professionally! I never had issues communicating with office staff or getting my needs met. The property manager especially was very thorough and solution focused which is a rarity in the renting business. Property: the grounds are well maintained for the most part and there’s lots of grass and trees. Their dog park could use some TLC from dogs digging in the grounds but I never felt my dogs were unsafe. I also felt comfortable and confident walking my dogs late at night and there’s ample light throughout the property. Maintenance: They are LIGHTNING quick and SO nice! They are all so fast and professional. If they can’t solve your problem on the first visit, they are honest and empathetic and get it fixed within the next day or so. I had a few after hours maintenance needs or emergency calls and they were there within a couple of hours. Dumpster: yes the dumpster/compactor breaks every other week or more, but this is not the property’s fault as residents overstuff the compactor causing it to jam or put items in there that don’t belong. Maintenance always has it fixed in the next business day or they call someone in to fix it. I really have no negative things to say about the property or the staff who work here which is pretty incredible! I really enjoyed my time at this property and would live here again. I only moved out because I relocated out of state. I want to thank all the staff at highlands at the lake for being such a positive living experience for me! :)

The community is overall pleasant. The staff is friendly and approachable. It is a safe place for my kids to play and enjoy. The amenities such as the swimming pool and fitness facility are nice.

Great staff, very accomadating

Keirsten was an absolute doll, she was so helpful from the moment she answered the phone! During our tour she really made me feel like I was at home! The property itself is beautiful and the office staff was very welcoming!

I'm one of the folks who reads the emails and does the surveys. Everyone has their own "nitch" as far as living environments, but for me personally, if you've primarily been raised in nature and you need that peace (trees, the lake, racoons and even the buzzards will stop by to say hi [and don't tell management that I fed a buzzard my leftover steak once; that bird was so happy]) ... this place was it for me. I work in downtown Nashville, but coming "home" only 15 minutes away from downtown, every night it's just me and the stars and the silence. I was offered a cheaper deal for a bigger place in a similar area, but it's the "nature" as to why I chose this place (with no regrets).

Well they have been so helpful with maintenance to finding me the right spot to live. I recently did a chapter 13 and they worked with me in that . Now I didn’t owe any apartments but I sure was blessed with there help.

I've been here since 2017 and we have new management. They really make you feel appreciated and have went out of their way to right the wrongs of past management. I am truly grateful that they care.💜💜
