Been living here a few years. It's always been a nice location, however with the recent change of management I can see things really improving with more to come. Quality of life improvements and encouraging more community interaction just to name a few.

The complex has gone through new management quite a few times lately. Current management has been able to manage parking better and even get a new trash compactor. There’s been events to gather the community together like a Halloween party and breakfast with donuts and coffee. It’s been nice!

Great place with something rare! Trees! So many places are devoid of nature. No shade, no serenity! Many apartments have elevated views.

I had just became a recent tenant at Highlands at the Lake, and I must say since new management had taken over, including with new maintenance, the turnover has been surreal! With new take over of course takes time, but in the short time it’s like night and day. The teams rush to your needs and listen to your concerns and are on the job right away 24/7, night AND day. With understanding, this has turned to a great place to live.

Sarah, Owen and Keirsten are wonderful very helpful and always there for their residents and open to suggestions and always an open ear. When you walk in your greeted with a smile , open arms and how can help you with the warmest thoughts and sayings in what you saying. I've been here over here over 3 yrs and I wouldnt change it it's home sweet home to me. And they treat us like family and when we leave it have a great day/ night and we'll see u later and let us know if we can do anything to me you feel even more at home with a smile

Just a beautiful property with an even more beautiful staff. So clean, so supportive, so nice. Just a great place to live, laugh, and love!
